To approximately no one's surprise at this point, another big company is pulling out of GDC 2020.

  • GDC (Game Developers Conference) 2020 is scheduled to begin on March 16.
  • Due to concerns over the Coronavirus outbreak, multiple companies have pulled out.
  • Epic Games is the latest company to pull out of GDC 2020.
  • As GDC 2020 gets closer and closer, more and more companies are rapidly pulling out due to fears regarding the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak. The latest in this ever-growing list is Epic Games, who announced today on Twitter that it will no longer be attending.

    Other companies confirmed to no longer be attending the convention include Sony, Kojima Productions, Facebook, Unity, PUBG Corp, Microsoft and more. We'll keep you updated as others inevitably pull out as well. As of this moment, GDC 2020 is still ongoing and is set to begin on March 16, running through March 20.
